About

Meet Dr. Paul Given

Three decades of personalized chiropractic and wellness care, right here in Kingston.

Dr. Paul Given portrait

Dr. Paul Given, DC has been caring for Kingston patients since 1993 — more than 32 years of personalized, evidence-informed chiropractic care.

Dr. Paul began his training with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition at the University of Guelph (1988), then went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (1993) — one of Canada's most respected chiropractic programs. He later completed acupuncture training at a government hospital in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and a postgraduate fellowship in Pediatrics and Obstetrics.

His approach is unmistakably personalized. Every care plan starts with a comprehensive assessment — health history, neurological and orthopedic testing, posture analysis, and X-rays when clinically appropriate — followed by an honest explanation of what he found and what he recommends. Techniques are matched to the patient, including low-force options when they're the right fit.

He continues to attend postgraduate seminars across Canada and the United States to stay current with advances in chiropractic care.
